Payments

  • All treatments must be paid for, in full, at the time of the appointment.
  • Payments can be made using multiple payment methods. Surcharges apply to some payment methods.

AfterPay and ZipPay / ZipMoney are available. Please notify us in advance if you wish to use these payment options. Patients must have a preapproved account with these providers to use these payment options.

Deposits

  • All consultations/bookings (except reviews) require a consultation fee to lock in the appointment time.
  • The consultation fee will either be $100 or $200 depending on the length of the consultation requested.
  • The consultation fee is for the price for the consultation and doubles as a cancellation fee for changes made within the last 24 hours or if someone does not show up. However, it can be considered part payment for the cost of any treatment administered on the same day. Any additional cost for the treatment must be paid at the end of the appointment.
  • If you book more than 1 consultation, the system will request more than 1 consultation fee. If you have multiple concerns that you would like addressed with a treatment, please select CONSULTATION ABOUT MULTIPLE CONCERNS. This appointment is longer than usual and allows our practitioners more time to discuss your needs and address your concerns. The consultation fee for this appointment is $200. Please detail the ageing concerns you would like to discuss and address in the comments section of the appointment.
  • Online bookings will not go through if a consultation fee is not paid. 
  • Bookings made through social media, email or SMS or any other way, will still be required to pay a deposit.
  • Consultation fees can be paid via bank transfer (see details below) or using the PAY CONSULTATION FEE button on the top banner of this website.
  • Consultation fees must be paid within 7 days of making the appointment.
  • Appointments are NOT guaranteed until a consultation fee is received.
  • Patients who do not pay a consultation fee within 7 days will forfeit their appointment and the time may be offered to another patient.

Cancellations and reschedules

  • SMS reminders are automatically sent 48 hours prior to your consultation.
  • It is your responsibility to advise us if your contact details change.
  • Please respond to this first SMS as this allows time to reschedule and cancel without incurring any fees.
  • If you cancel or reschedule MORE than 24 hours prior to the consultation – 100% consultation fee refund possible. No cancellation fees payable.
  • If you cancel or reschedule LESS than 24 hours prior to the consultation – 50% consultation fee refund. Other 50% is a cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel on the day of your appointment or do not show up for ANY reason – 100% consultation fee forfeited as a cancellation fee.

This may seem harsh as some things are unable to be planned for, and we do empathise. However, all businesses cost money to run and the practitioner whose time was blocked out to provide the consultation has a wage that still needs to be paid when a patient does not show up. The cancellation fee helps cover the continued operational costs of the business in this situation.

  • You may cancel and reschedule your consultation online up to 48 hours prior to the booking time. Cancellations and reschedules within 48 hours of the consultation, are only possible by contacting Respectable Aesthetics.
  • Cancelling your consultation does not automatically refund the consultation fee. Instead, the consultation fee will convert to a credit on your account for future use. If you would like the payment refunded please notify Respectable Aesthetics, as we need to do that process manually.
  • Refunds will take several business days to appear on your card. Please advise us beforehand if you no longer have the original card used to pay the deposit.
  • Requests for a consultation to be rescheduled in the 24 hours prior to the appointment are possible, however a fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee will be added to your account and must be paid when we see you in clinic.
  • Any subsequent cancellation or reschedule is subject to the same terms and conditions and another fee will be added to your account if applicable.
  • If cancellation or reschedule fees are equal to or greater than the dollar amount or credit on your account, future consultations/bookings will not be permitted until all fees have been paid in full. Future consultations must also have a FULL consultation fee attached.
  • If an appointment somehow remains in the schedule without a deposit and you do not confirm or attend on the day*, a cancellation fee equal to the required deposit will be added to your account and must be paid in full before future consultations/bookings are permitted.

* example: A patient requests a consultation over the phone and promises to go online to pay the deposit, but fails to do so and does not notify us that they no longer want the appointment.
