Booking Procedure

Read through the various consultation services available with Respectable Aesthetics on our home page and decide which consultation matches your ageing concern.

Decide when you would like an appointment at your preferred location. A pdf copy of the yearly calendar for all Respectable Aesthetics clinics can be downloaded from the CLINICS page of this website. 

Click BOOK A CONSULTATION at the top of this website and follow the instructions.  All available dates at specific locations will be visible with a green dot   If your preferred date does not have a green dot, it is either not available or it is already booked out. You are able to add yourself to a waitlist for any of the upcoming clinics.

All consultations/bookings (except reviews) cost at least $100. As such an equivalent consultation fee will be charged during the booking process to lock in the appointment time. Booking more than 1 consultation will result in multiple consultation fees. Select CONSULTATION FOR MULTIPLE CONCERNS if you have a number of ageing concerns that you want addressed during the one appointment. Please list your concerns when making the booking as this assists us to know if your appointment is an appropriate length.

The consultation fee is fully refundable up to 24 hours before the appointment. A booking will not go through if the deposit is not paid.  If an appointment is made by phoning, email or messaging, a deposit will still be required. 

When the booking process is complete a confirmation email is sent out. Allow 1 hour for it to arrive and check the spam folder before contacting Respectable Aesthetics.

SMS reminders are sent 48 hours before appointments. Please reply to this SMS with a ‘Y’ to confirm attendance.

If an appointment is needed within the next 48 hours, please contact the team at Respectable Aesthetics directly. It is not possible to book online during this period of time.

Please see our TERMS AND CONDITIONS page if you wish to reschedule or cancel your upcoming appointment, as this can help to avoid incurring cancellation fees.

If you have booked a treatment and it is your first appointment with Respectable Aesthetics, you will need to complete a CONSENT FORM. Regular patients are also required to complete a new form annually. We will often send this to you in a separate email in the next couple of business days. However, it is available on this website and can be completed in advance.
