About

Respectable Aesthetics, specialises in personalised conversations and consultations about the ageing process. Our team of nurses can help provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions about if, when and how you might consider addressing some of these common concerns.

We firmly believe our name Respectable Aesthetics describes our philosophy and approach to having patients trust us with these personal conversations about their experience with ageing.

Choosing the right practitioner for your consultation is an important decision. We are here for you if you would like to have that conversation.

Our Philosophy

We believe Respectable Aesthetics is about…

  • RESPECTING the ageing process
  • RESPECTING subtlety
  • RESPECTING what looks natural
  • RESPECTING balance and proportion
  • RESPECTING less can be more
  • RESPECTING a person’s individuality

We believe Respectable Aesthetics appreciates what is…

  • RESPECTABLE for YOUR face
  • RESPECTABLE for YOUR age
  • RESPECTABLE for YOU

At Respectable Aesthetics, we are guided by the principle of respecting subtlety and recognising that the most beautiful enhancements are often the most natural ones.

We value the importance of achieving a harmonious balance and proportion in all our treatments, with the belief that less can truly be more in enhancing one’s unique features.

Central to our philosophy is the unwavering commitment to understanding each patient’s individuality and honouring their personal journey.

Our skilled practitioners approach each consultation with empathy and sensitivity, listening intently to our patients’ concerns and providing them with a comprehensive and honest assessment of their aesthetic needs.

We take pride in offering unbiased information on a diverse range of treatment modalities, tailored to address common aging-related concerns.

Our goal is not to recommend treatments simply because they are available, but to empower our patients with knowledge and options so they can feel confident and capable of deciding what they would like to do.

Our Team

Matthew Manton - Nurse Practitioner / Director

I have 26 years of acute nursing experience in a variety of settings including several large tertiary hospitals (oncology, cardiac and emergency), in the community (hospital in the home) as well as many years working in primary care clinics.

In 2014, an opportunity became available and I decided to transfer my relevant skills to the area of aesthetics. In the 10 years that followed, I have received extensive training and experience developing my knowledge and skills using numerous injectable products to rejuvenate and enhance the face.

I have very high personal standards for my aesthetic work, and I define this by delivering noticeable results that look natural. Balance and symmetry are important to me, however I always give careful consideration to the uniqueness of each person’s face, to deliver individually tailored and optimal results.

My consultations offer a valuable opportunity for patients to consider how they can approach their experience of ageing and what might be appropriate for their face. I always give my honest opinion of what patients should consider and this may include treatments which I do not offer. My priority is that you feel comfortable with the options available and confident to decide on the journey you would like to experience. If I need to refer you to another practitioner with a different skill set them I am more than happy to assist you with that.

My consultations are respectful, non-judgemental and safe and they are a great opportunity for you to meet me, understand my approach and decide if I am someone you can trust with your face.

In 2019, I completed my Master of Nurse Practitioner Studies degree through the University of Queensland and am endorsed by AHPRA as a Nurse Practitioner. This endorsement allows me to broaden my scope of practice, work more autonomously and offer some services that a regular aesthetic nurse is not able to do.

I currently conduct clinics in 5 locations including Mango Hill (Brisbane), Hervey Bay, Bundaberg, Gladstone and Rockhampton. I am available for consultations and treatments at all of these locations and my clinic calendar can be found on the CLINICS tab of this website.

I hope you find the information on my website informative and that it gives you the confidence to make the next step by booking in for a consultation.

I look forward to seeing you in one of my clinics soon and thank you in advance for trusting me with your face.
